Engineering Overview
The Autoreel MC Series of dedicated motorised coiling machines is engineered to produce neat, tightly bound hanks and coils of cable, wire rope, hydraulic hose, and plastic extrusion directly without requiring costly wooden dispatch drums.
Featuring an innovative collapsible coiling head with integrated radial tie slots, the operator can wrap and band the coil in seconds, pull the release lever to collapse the core, and slide off the completed coil effortlessly.
Equipped with electronic speed regulation, traversing wire guide, and safety interlocked cage enclosures for continuous production environments.
