Engineering Overview
The Autoreel CWP Combined Motorised Winder and Payoff series combines a powered take-up winder, precision linear cable measuring meter, and a heavy-duty roll-in payoff station into a single unified chassis.
Specifically engineered for electrical wholesalers and cable distributors, the CWP allows stock drums to be rolled directly into the rear payoff ramp on heavy-duty bearing rollers, measured through the sliding traverse meter, and spooled onto the motorised winder.
Variable speed AC inverter drives allow precise inching, rapid cut-to-length winding, and smooth deceleration to preset target lengths.
