Manual handling of heavy drums causes severe back strain and warehouse accidents. Autoreel pioneered powered pintle arms, hydraulic roll-in floor loaders, and motorised travel to ensure any operator can handle drums up to 8,000kg with zero physical strain.
From interlocked safety barriers and optical light curtains to emergency trip kick-plates and fail-safe mechanical locking pawls, our machines exceed all UK PUWER 98 and European CE machinery directives.
Constructed using heavy-gauge structural steel frames, oversized precision bearings, and industrial-grade geared motors. Many Autoreel machines built in the 1990s are still in continuous daily operation today.
Situated right off the M1 motorway (Junction 25) in Nottingham, our facility houses machine assembly bays, hydraulic test rigs, an electrical panel workshop, and an extensive spare parts warehouse.
